You may or may not be aware but the KeepingUpAppliances web site has undergone a radical design change lately and the products are being added back in on a daily basis.
One of the key changes to the web site is the facility to hold account cutomer logins.
This is not a requirement to access the catalogue pages and purchase items but those that are account customers are benefiting from some healthy discounts. These are mainly repeat customers that are possibly in the trade or belong to clubs or even do appliance repairs for friends and family.

Introduction

Kua Services have been selling spare parts for domestic appliances via the internet for about 8 years now. We are a well established internet business providing spare parts to both the general public and the trade.

With the introduction of the Repair Help Blog, it enables our customers to find and contribute to discussions about the repair of domestic appliances. We are covering repairs to cookers and oven and more recently there is a great discussion on faulty dishwashers.

How we collect your payment

We felt this might be worthy of an explanation as new customers are coming on line each day, they may not be familiar with the payment process. We use three methods for taking payment and they are Paypal, Protx and PayOffline.
I think now, most of us know who Paypal are but if you are unsure visit their web site Paypal.co.uk.
These are the people who will take your payment on our behalf. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to use this facility as they accept all major Credit Cards.
The other people are Protx, their logo is at the bottom of each page. they are a third party payment provider who also accept all major credit and debit cards to include American Express.
If you don't own a credit or debit card or simply prefer not to use your payment card over the internet then you can use PayOffline. This enables you to pay for your order at many of the outlets throughout the UK.
Once you have entered your delivery instructions after the shopping cart process look out for the option box that will show the three payment options for you. Just choose the one you prefer.

Delivery and Postage

When we send your order out we charge postage and packing on your order.
There is a fixed cost for this service of £4.50 regardless of the order you have placed and if it exceeds £45.00 net VAT you will get your posatge and packing for FREE.
We have a Table of Postage Charges where it shows you what you may be charged per consignment.
We use Royal Mail Signed For service mainly for our deliveries and occasionally we will use the couriers. In our case it will be APC or DHL for larger parcels.
