Delivery Service Options.
Royal Mail or City Link.
Royal Mail is our standard delivery service for small packages and does not guarantee next day delivery on any order. There are circumstances
where some if not all customers have received their order the very next day, this is down to the efficiency of the Royal Mail and is really out of our hands.
Please allow 3 - 4 days for the delivery of your order before calling us about the whereabouts of your order, we can rest assured it is in the post.
If you receive your order via City Link, then this is because we have chosen this option for you. Some orders can not be sent via the Royal Mail
because of the physical size of the parcel. You will not pay extra for this services as all orders are charge according to the cost of goods sold and is incremental according
to the cost of the order total.
KUA reserves the right to choose the delivery option for you. That includes City Link for larger orders. Below is a table showing the tariffs used for our delivery charges.
